Shipping to P.O. Boxes

1. P.O. Box Delivery:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

2. Lost Packages:

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

2. Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery periods for chocolate

In order to protect all their organoleptic qualities, our chocolates should never be exposed to extreme temperatures. Therefore, according to the selected place of delivery, we might not be able to deliver chocolates all year round.


We do our best to adapt our online range to weather conditions, but temperatures – especially during the mid-seasons – can vary greatly from one area of the country to another.  We therefore might have to put back or change your order, with your approval, if the weather was potentially harmful to the preservation of our products during transportation.
